After doing our due-diligence regarding replacement windows, through online research,, Consumer Reports, and finally the local NextDoor neighborhood site, we settled on Pella Windows and doors. Our 100 year old home in New Orleans and the need for wheelchair access presented many challenges, and the sales representative Brian who lives in the area carefully explained their recommendations. There is NO doubt that we made the right choice for our home. It was a smooth and seamless transaction. Special thanks go to our Project Manager Jessica Gordon whose friendly professionalism made her a joy with whom to work. We would also like to commend the Installation Crew Omega for their meticulous work, and the care and respect they showed for our home in daunting 100+ degree weather. I am posting this review to share how happy I am with the entire experience with the Pella Team from Baton Rouge, LA. I had two sets of Pella French Doors installed in my home in Metairie, LA. I chose Pella for several reasons: (a) quality product/materials, (b) name brand, (c) warranty, (d) Pella sells and installs the product. Jessica Gordon, Pella Project Coordinator, provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process: from scheduling the install, to answering questions, to proactively providing me all final paperwork and warranty information. Jessica was always friendly and professional as I had several questions throughout the process. Overall, everyone from Pella was very professional and helpful starting with Brian in Sales - to Chris the Install Manager - to Nixon and Rosa the installers (Installation Crew - Omega) and as noted above Jessica Gordon (Project Coordinator). Nixon and Rosa, the installers, were very detail oriented and were very focused on ensuring everything was completed properly. I had a great experience throughout the process and would highly recommend Pella of Baton Rouge, LA for your doors/windows project.

Highly recommended Pella windows and Doors. After receiving bids from 3 other companies to compare price and quality we are completely satisfied we chose Pella My experience was excellent! We were very concerned with the design aesthetics. My sales agent Brian Burger was the only one who brought forth a look on the budget we had set aside for this project. After the sale Jessica Gordon (Project Coordinator) and install team went more and beyond to make sure that we could have the windows ready as soon as possible. We had one minor issue at install, a grid was miss ordered and we all missed it. However then the service team Victoria Heck (Service Coordinator) stepped in and Corrected in a timely fashion.

I had two windows needed to be replaced, So I called the Pella windows. After talking with customer service department, I was connected with Baton Rouge dealer. The coordination and communication with Victoria Heck was really quick and accurate. The technicians came to my house to confirm the model and arranged the replacement. On appointment day, the technician, Dustin Hale and Chris Daigle showed up in time and replaced whole 4 panels very quickly and nicely. I would highly recommend this office and Pella windows. I am a repeat customer and plan on using Pella of BR again in the future. Jessica, Brian, and the install team have all been fantastic on both my projects. I have referred them to a friend as well who was also very happy with the product and service. I shopped around a lot before deciding on Pella and couldn’t be happier with my decision.
